Purpose

The information collected through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry about private beta access, partnerships, investment, media, or digital-safety collaboration.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. If an email provider is configured, submissions are delivered to our email inbox and handled according to our email retention practices. If no email provider is configured, submissions are accepted but not stored on the website server.

Third-party service providers

This website uses the following third-party services:

• Email delivery: Resend is used to deliver contact form submissions to our team. The email provider receives your name, email, and message content for the purpose of delivering the email.
• Anti-spam protection: Server-side honeypot and minimum form-completion time checks are used to reduce automated spam. No third-party anti-spam challenge service is used at this time.
• Hosting: This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process basic request data (such as IP address) as part of normal web server operations.

No tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics are used on this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics in Phase 0. No advertising or tracking pixels are present. Essential browser functionality does not require cookies on this website.

Product application

The ScamShield NG mobile application has separate privacy handling, including user-controlled evidence retention, personal information masking, and private report handling. This page does not cover the mobile application or admin dashboard.
